Our newly renovated skilled unit features modern spacious living accommodations, recreation rooms, and restaurant-style dining. - 150 beds providing long-term care, short-term skilled nursing care, residential care, memory care, and rehabilitation/therapy services
- On Site Medical Director and Physician Services
- 24-hour RN coverage
- A team of highly skilled healthcare professionals, trained specifically to care for the physical and emotional needs of Veterans
- Individualized care plans for each resident integrating nursing care, rehab & therapies, and recreational activities
- Private rooms on our Memory Care units
- Café-style dining with varied menus allowing residents and guests to enjoy meals together
- Community living rooms and multi-purpose rooms with large screen TVs and regularly scheduled activities
- Quiet rooms where residents and family members can rest, meditate, or enjoy some quiet time
- Therapy apartment suite, therapeutic pool, and specialized equipment are integrated into each individual’s plan of care to promote safe community re-entry.
- Multiple patio areas for residents to enjoy the outdoors
- Regularly scheduled activities on-site and community outings (parades, fishing, shopping, community dining)
